Črtomir Frelih is a Slovenian academic painter and graphic artist. He was born in 1960 in Slovenia. He specialized in graphics with professors Apollonio and Suhy at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, where he also finished the master of science in the field of art didactics. Today he is a full-time professor of graphic arts at the Faculty of Education in Ljubljana. The award-winning artist also deals with computer graphics and illustration. He exhibited at more than 80 solo and 250 group exhibitions both at home and abroad. He lives and works in Radomlje and Bohinj.
