Collection and processing personal data
We collect data that you provide us and the information that we collect. We process data that require consent and data for which no consent is required.
We do not need your explicit consent to process the information you provide to us through the contact form. Through our contact form, we obtain your identification information (name, company name, place of residence) and contact information (e-mail, phone number), that we process for the purpose of answering your inquiry. We store these data for 36 months.
To process the information you provide to us when applying for newsletters, we need your explicitly consent that you automatically provide to the company when you check the box "Subscribe to newsletter". The data sent at the time of subscription is used only for sending e-news and offers. To send e-News, we use the specified and stated email address. The receiving e-News can be canceled at any time via check-out options in sent e-News. We store your information until you cancel your subscription or when we stop sending newsletters.

Right to get acquainted
You have the right to get acqainted whenever and to get a confirmation which personal data of you do we collect, for what purposes and for how long, from where do we obtain them, to whom we provide them, who processes them, and what are your other rights in connection with the processing of your personal data.
Right to rectification
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure
You can request the right to permanently erasure your personal data, if we no longer need your personal data for the purposes in which we processed them, if there was an illegal processing, if you removed the consent for the processing of personal data for which your consent is necessary, if you have claimed your right to object against data processing and if you assume that the processing of personal data is not in accordance with generally binding legal regulations. Please note that there may be reasons why an immediate erasure of your personal data is not possible.
Right to restriction of processing

We will deal with your request as soon as possible, and at the latest within one month.
