Kiar Bogdan Meško is a Slovenian academic painter, graphic artist and sculptor. He was born in 1936 in Trdkovi in Prekmurje. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, where he specialized in painting with professor Stupica. He is one of the representatives of the Ljubljana Graphic School. His work was exhibited in MoMA in 1969. He also received the Prešeren Fund Award for graphic. He taught painting at the AFA in Ljubljana. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
